**UPDATE** We discovered that the noise was caused by the wheel hub and bearing assembly, and there was no fault with the store. I would like to correct my review and apologize for the misunderstanding. ** I went in for brake service when my vehicle had 106,000 miles. Since I drive the vehicle about 85% on the highway, the factory-installed brake pads lasted 106,000 miles. I had all four brake pads replaced with Duralast Gold Ceramic pads and all four brake rotors replaced. At 117,000 miles, I started hearing noise from the brakes again. I returned to the shop, and I was told they would replace them under warranty. The replacement was completed. My vehicle is now at 141,000 miles, and only 24,000 miles have passed since the last replacement. I am already hearing noise from the brakes again, even when the wheels are just rotating without applying the brakes. The first set of brake pads lasted 106,000 miles. The second replacement 117,000 now 3rd will be 141,000 miles. There are only two possibilities: 1. Either the technicians are not installing the parts correctly or they do not have the necessary expertise to perform the job properly. 2. Or the higher-quality product that c

I was assisted today by Josh (the manager), Patrick, and Blake, and each of them was friendly, professional, and provided prompt, exceptional customer service. They were able to fit me into their schedule and service my car, which I truly appreciated. I am extremely pleased with both the quality of the service and the outstanding customer care I received. During my short wait, I noticed they weren't just kind and attentive to me, they treated every customer with the same level of respect and professionalism. I had an excellent experience at Firestone Auto Care! I went in for a 4-wheel alignment, and the customer service rep, Blake, and the whole team was fantastic—really nice and on point. He gave me an estimated wait time of about an hour, but I was in and out in under 30 minutes! I’m really happy with the service, and Blake was so kind. I highly recommend this location—it's about 25 minutes from my home, but I will definitely be returning here from now on!

I had a great experience at the Firestone on 242! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and ready to help. They took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The service was quick and efficient, and my vehicle was taken care of the right way the first time. You can tell they value their customers and take pride in their work.
